A Claude plugin that writes as your company.

Nine B2B PMM skills. One shared brand kit. I interview your marketers, fill the kit, install the plugin, validate the skills, and train your team so Claude stops sounding like Claude.

Paste a prompt. Re-explain the company. Get competent prose about no company in particular. Or bake the positioning into nine prompts and watch every tagline change break three of them.

PAIN

Positioning lives in one head.

Your best marketer can write on-brand. Everyone else pastes the homepage into ChatGPT and hopes. Output lands off-voice, off-ICP, and off the claims you can actually defend.

SOLUTION

Skills own method. The kit owns content.

A skill knows how to run a white space pass or score a draft for house style. It does not invent your pillars, traps, or buyer. Those live in five markdown files every skill reads first.

Custom-Branded Claude Plugin for B2B PMM.

Built on the open B2B PMM Skills template. Skills stay method. Your kit carries brand, voice, positioning, ICP, and capabilities.

Reusable methods: write long-form, turn transcripts into articles, audit Google and LinkedIn ads, map competitive white space. Same procedure for every company.

Five files that make the skills yours. Change a pillar once. Every skill picks it up on the next run. No nine-file find-and-replace.

Nine Skills

Each works alone. Four of them chain when you want a full afternoon pass.

Interviews you and writes the five kit files. Run this first.

Rewrites or scores any draft against your voice and capabilities.

Long-form from the kit: articles, landing pages, briefs, case studies.

Recording or notes into transcript, article, social, and scan report.

Platform-native captions plus overlay text and image prompts.

Seven-section read on any B2B company from a single URL.

Maps competitor claims, isolates the gap, turns it into hooks.

Classifies search terms KEEP / WATCH / CUT against your ICP.

35-point ICP Fit Score on seniority, function, and company size.

Interview. Fill. Install. Validate. Train.

Five steps. No black box. You see the kit files and the install commands.

01

Interview marketers

Messaging, branding, voice, and ICP. Sessions scale with the tier: 2-3 hours on Brand Kit, 4-6 on Pillar Kit, multi-stakeholder on Positioning Kit.

02

Fill the brand kit

Five markdown files get written from what you said, not from a generic template dump. Thin sections get flagged, not papered over.

03

Install the plugin

Marketplace add, plugin install, kit wired in. Skills land in Claude Code ready to run against your files.

04

Validate the skills

Sanity-check on Brand Kit. All nine on Pillar Kit and above. Revision rounds catch off-voice and unsupported claims before the team touches them.

05

Train and hand off

Walkthrough on Brand Kit. Live session with the marketing team on Pillar Kit. Brand Kit + handoff pack so the work survives the next hire.

FAQ

Before you book.

What is the difference between free and paid?

The free MIT template gives you the nine skills and blank kit files. You interview yourselves, fill the kit, and install. Paid is interview plus install: I run the sessions, write the kit from what your marketers say, install the plugin, validate skills, and train the team. Same skills. Different who does the work.

What should we bring to the interviews?

Whoever owns messaging and brand. Current homepage and product page copy. Any ICP notes, banned-word lists, or capability boundaries you already trust. Ad exports if you want the ads skills validated against live data. Numbers you will publish need sources in the room.

How long does it take?

Brand Kit Sprint usually lands in two to three weeks once interviews are booked. Full Installation runs three to five weeks with deeper sessions and team training. Positioning and Installation adds rebuild time; plan six to eight weeks when the frame has to move first. The 90-day AEO Update sits on the calendar after handoff.

What is not included?

No CMS page builder. No image generation. No CRM or marketing automation wiring. No SEO rank tracking. No campaign calendar or budget plan. No sales battlecards. The plugin writes and audits. Publishing, design, and ops stay with your team.
